40 mins long. 2 physios, 2hr. Competency questions. 2 clinical 2 experience. They don’t give much away during interview. Used examples provided in initial application. Q explain how ou improved a device. Q explain a time where you worked as a member of a team.

Interview
The first thing you have to do is fill in an interview application form. This will be dependent on experience as to whether you apply for a Staff Grade Panel or a Senior Grade Panel. Then, you will be invited to interview nationally. Once on the panel you will be told of available jobs to which you can accept or decline.
