Health Catalyst Devops Engineer interview questions

Phone Screen, Two or so Personality interviews followed by final round Panel interview. HR system automatically emails you confirming you're still in the running. Final round interview wrapped up 30 minutes early then I get asked, instead of AWS/Azure Cloud questions, about On Prem Network Admin (Layer 2 -3 OSI model and ARP protocol). Ghosted for 6 weeks to get an automated rejection email. Pointless questions, pointless refusal.
