I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hatch (Mississauga, ON) in Aug 2009
Interview
Met with most of the board over the course of a few weeks and was then hired. Most meetings were one-on-one, some were multiple participants. No real probing questions. They are looking for cultural fit more than anything.

Question 1
None. I could have answered these questions in my sleep.
Multiple phases with senior leadership and team members. Each was a largely informal conversation without a set structure. This wasn't for a deeply technical role so most questions were focused on past experience in the area of focus and business development capabilities.

Question 1
What is your approach to selling in an emerging field or technology?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Hatch (Mississauga, ON) in Jan 2019
Interview
Lengthy process with multiple stages and interviewing with 6 - 8 different people. Most interviews are conversational and people were friendly. Discussions around role specifics and reporting structure were hard to get details on. Overall seems like a good company with a complicated leadership structure.
