The entire process was extremely lengthy and time consuming. After the initial CV review, we were required to submit three story ideas. The next step then consisted of participating in a three-week long "accelerator" along with other candidates. This involved daily workshops over video call, as well as pitching story ideas. Everybody had to pitch at least three stories per day, and then create them if they were accepted (writing a script, interviewing subjects, asking them to collect video footage etc.) After these three weeks, management never officially announced the outcome of this "accelerator", they simply said they were hiring again and asked candidates to pass on this information. All in all, a very time-consuming process that, due to the poor communication, gave the impression its sole purpose was to mine for other people's ideas.
