First round call with the human resources and/or hiring manager, second round in person/skype with the manager of the department. Relaxed, easy and streamline. Slow to respond to emails, but not slower than any corporation of that size and stature. Very nice people, professional impression. Didn't get the offer, but it definitely gave me confidence that they even interviewed me.
