Received a response email within two weeks from HR offering an opportunity to discuss the position. Phone call interview with HR to make an appointment to interview in person. HR was flexible on date/time. The location was hard to find for me and is in a light-medium, manufacturing commercial zone. The interviewing manager was late. Only hiring manager and I were present at the interview. A week or so passed and received an email informing me that I may skip the second, in-person interview and begin work. Note: No "tests" in written or obviously indicated. Verbal questions sought IQ and personality traits. Questions seemed to be in an order. Answered multiple questions (as stated by interviewer) from my responses. Interview was in the back office, two chairs facing each other with about 10 feet of separation. Was not well-lit.
