Interview
The interview process was lengthy. There was a first interview that was very long, lasted about an hour. Then they called my references and brought me in for a second, short, interview. I was then offered the position pending a background check and drug screening. After those came back good I was offered the position and chose a start date.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hampton Inn by Hilton (Charlottesville, VA)

Awesome, very laid back and comfortable, was not done privately. very open and honest. Was not nervous or intimidated at all. Very Easy to talk to and speak with. Hired on the spot at salary requested. Plus ended up knowing the interviewer thru school
