Interview
Starts with an assessment (mostly behavioral and some easy calculations) and if you pass, a job simulator that requires video answers. If you pass this portion, a short interview with HR and then a 3 hour super day interview with an assessment portion (video responses to different scenarios), and two interviews: behavioral and technical.
5 questions interview with questions like how did you manage multiple deadlines, what skills you have, miscommunication with teammates, handle conflicts etc. and answer the questions in mandarin, Cantonese and English

How would you handle it if your colleague is scheduled to work from home, but you find out he/she is doing non work-related matters during office hours?
HR was fantastic! I had a good interview - I would advise candidates to prepare by getting the basic interview questions down, then they should be all set. Nothing caught me off guard.

Tell me about yourself and why you are interested in the summer internship?
It was straight forward, had motivational questions and a technical round leetcode style. Last round had 3 interviews and each asked different behavioural questions and technical questions, the hiring team were interactive, supportive and helpful
