Interview
group interview with multiple candidates. Lots of questions to determine personality and who was outgoing. Group tasks and 1:1 speaking exercises. We had to take part in a number of quizzes in order to test our financial and mathematical ability as well as how quickly we were able to complete these tasks.
3x 30 minute interviews with competency, finance technical and case study followed by qna. Assessment centre had 4 of us total though interviews were 1 to 1. Tiring but a good experience
Virtual interview. 3x 30 minute interiews for VAC. Variety of interviewers at each stage. Commercial awareness is present in the interview, so make so sure you understand and know current events.
2 assessments. First assessment comprises of situational mcq questions and quantitative questions. Second assessment comprises of video interview questions where they give you a situation and ask how you would handle the situation
