Interview
It was a nice interview with very supporting interviewers. They regularly provided hints where ever I got stuck!! They wanted to see your approach, rather than your final answer. There were two people in the panel and 2 rounds of interview- Tech and HR.
3x 30 minute interviews with competency, finance technical and case study followed by qna. Assessment centre had 4 of us total though interviews were 1 to 1. Tiring but a good experience
Virtual interview. 3x 30 minute interiews for VAC. Variety of interviewers at each stage. Commercial awareness is present in the interview, so make so sure you understand and know current events.
2 assessments. First assessment comprises of situational mcq questions and quantitative questions. Second assessment comprises of video interview questions where they give you a situation and ask how you would handle the situation
