Interview
I heard of the position through a friend who worked for HMS Host. I went directly to the HR office at Sky Harbor. I filled out my application and had a face to face interview. I was asked about general bartending knowledge even though I was not applying for a bartending position. I was hired. There was a drug test, criminal background check, and training. It took about 3 weeks before I worked my first shift.

I was asked around 10 questions regarding liquor / cocktail mixing.
Quick interview, basics asked. Not really interview questions more about scheduling, flexibility and availability to work holidays. Interviewer didn’t seem excited or enthusiastic about hire. Lasted no more than 25 minutes and was in a hiring department.

The process is very easy as long as you have the experience to With experience and continuous professional development you will be fine. Dress to impress and be your self.

Get called for an interview. Then answer basic questions. Once the interview is done you'll get a called back as soon as they've made the decision to hire you if they have.
