Applied for the role online and had a phone interview that I thought went well. Received an email a few days later stating that they gave an offer to another candidate but the role is still posted online so...even before they reached out to me I saw the role posted again on several job boards after I interviewed which made me feel awesome! I have no problem with rejection, its part of life folk!, I just appreciate organizations that are forthcoming and honest in their approach so please take my experience for what it is....

Pretty standard interview with a behavioral interview and some case studies. First I talked with recruiter, then hiring manager, then the entire team. Process was very smooth with good communication.

Checked about past projects, roles and responsibilities. basically they will check your candidature. Knowledge of Agile model, soft skills, problem analytical skills, how would you provide solution to a given problem, thought process, willingness to resolve issues etc

Interview questions are normal technical questions, sometime you are asked about different technological experiences but you may never use those technologies while working for Here. Good thing about working at HERE is you will earn Agile working experience which will help you as that is in great demand.
