Detailed and by the book. The interviewer was too pessimistic from my leaving of another company, questioning my abilities based on speculation. He seemed too invested in being a good interviewer that he didn't ask enough of what I can bring to the company. Very polite and articulate, he presented himself well, just didn't look like he was looking for any particular quality.
