Interview
You will first get a call from a recruiter who will ask basic questions about your background and the most basic “technical” questions, tell you about the job, and see if you are interested in moving forward. You will then have a second interview with one of the supervisors and the lady from HR. Recently they have been offering the job during that interview, if they think you are a good fit. As long as you answer in some way, say you are willing to work at any given time 24/7 and laugh at the supervisor saying “awesome” to everything, you will get the job and start your “IT” career as nothing more than a warm body.

If someone calls in and states that their monitors are black, what will you do to resolve the issue? Tell me about a time you dealt with an irate customer and how you handled the situation.

Interview
Phone interview and then in person interview. It went well, Able to answer all my questions and provide a detailed understanding of job and expectations. I felt comfortable and like I would be a part of a good team.

Interview
There were three interviews and they were all phone based. Nice people. Straight forward process. There was a general phone screen, skills check and follow up. There were no in-person interviews, for my role.
