First Apply online then they do a phone interview / questions and they tell you what they need for the interview next is interview in person and then offer for the job
Sales advisor interview is often an outfit task in a group based on different situations. Then asked how you would deal with different customer situations. Also speak through the company values and asked what you know about them.
