Very fast and not too involved> It is a very entry level interview and anybody that sounds genuinely interested in the job will probably be offered it on the spot.
Had an interview with one of the leaders where they asked me strengths and weaknesses. They also asked me for a long term vision. Overall, I only had to go through 1 interview and netting the leader of the cross functional department to get the job.

What are your strengths/weaknesses? What are your long term goals?
Was a cashier then asked if I wanted to try something new said yes then did my first interview which was the standard question "why this position " shortly after got my interview with the store "owner" and was immediately told I got the job. I believe somethings have changed however in the interview process over the years
