There was a 5 step interview process that included a recruiter screening, hiring manager screening, technical SQL interview, technical project overview, and executive level screening. From initial interview scheduling to the final offer was exactly 2 months. My recruiter (Kathleen) was very kind and responsive during the entire process, specifically communicating all the next steps during a period of lots of vacation time in the hiring team.
Every single person in the interview process was extremely professional and genuinely interested in finding the best candidate fit. A lot of the emphasis was around building a great product, but at the same time there was focus on the great team culture. Overall, a great experience!
