It took place over one month time. Initially met with HR over the phone and did a very basic Q and A - think your average questions of experience, tell me about a time where you had conflict, resolution, what are qualities important to you. Next I met with the area manager at a physical location 2 weeks later. They went over job role , 50 hr work weeks but no salary amount mentioned when asked. Final interview 2 weeks later was with the general area manager and salary was still not mentioned. Reviewed Grimaldis 8 slices of culture and longer interview to get to know personality. Salary was not determined until a phone call to offer the job, and location is not determined until post training.

The entire process took nearly a month. I initially had a phone call with HR where we went over the basic job duties, discussed previous experience, and ran through some situational questions. Afterwards I met with the store manager and district manager where we did the same thing. I was told that I’d have an answer the following week due to the fact they were going through multiple interviews. That dragged on for nearly two and a half weeks and when I reached out to the manager once about a decision, was given the run around.
