Applied online, I had to complete a logic/ basic maths style quiz and then a psychometric/ personality quiz. I received a call a couple of days later to arrange an interview. Met with the Regional Director and her Assistant at the site I was applying to work at. General interview questions, management orientated. I had the interview only a few days ago, I've had one call since from the site's Community manager asking a few more management related questions. Waiting to hear if i've been successful.

Interview
I had the opportunity to meet several managers at a recent career fair and was truly impressed. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly nice and welcoming. The conversations felt genuine; managers were very engaging and asked thoughtful, tailored questions to better understand where I might fit best within the company. The overall experience left me with a very positive impression of the team and the company culture.

Interviews were professional and encompassed the job description well. The manager was very friendly and encouraged an open dialogue. I do think the job doesn't require a collegiate degree but it worked.

Marketing questions, knowledge of real estate market
Straight forward interview process that moves quickly. Friendly and professional staff. On boarding is relatively simple as well. You will get instructions on how to set up your account and proceed from there.
