I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Grenis Media
Interview
The interview was fairly standard for a BDR role and focused heavily on communication skills, motivation, and how you handle rejection. There were questions around how you feel about cold outreach scenarios, criticism and rejection. They also want to know how you would approach prospecting, and why you’re interested in sales/business development. It felt conversational at times but also tested your ability to think quickly and stay structured under pressure. They also want to know how you would handle not meeting your targets.
Simple and straightforward, the hiring manager seemed very nice and accommodating. They asked for background and a lot of hypotheticals. Overall good experience, not much out of the ordinary for an interview. Was vague about bonuses and did not mention OTE, which I thought was a little strange for a sales role.
One-round interview with HR personnel. Straightforward questions were asked regarding my hobbies, experience, and interest in the company. After a few more questions were asked, I was tasked with trying to sell a pen to the HR personnel. Afterwards was asked if i had any questions and that was pretty much it.
