The First round behavioural telephone interview followed by numerical online assesment then technical video interview then assessment centre with a few more interviews. I only got to the first round.
You apply through recruiter, followed by a test, followed by a first round interview, followed by a superday (4 interviews and a case study) and then you get the offer

Interview
Pretty difficult, drill in on all IB concepts. the only 2 behaviorals were why IB and why greenhill, otherwise first round is purely technical. prepare well all the IB concepts, especially valuation and ebitda margin, also some merger math and advanced accounting.
