Grays Harbor Community Hospital interview questions

Panel interview about two hours with situational questions. Each interviewer assigned points to answers which were then added together with their recommendation.s. Panel consisted of department peers and other department managers.

I was interviewed by the department director, the supervisor, and a co-worker. I was asked a variety of questions that were all pertinent to the position I was applying for. I found the interview process to be interesting, informative and thorough.
