Interview
Recruiter brought me in to a conference room and asked some basic questions about my work and education history. Gave a broad overview of the company and industry and ran through company policies (don't be late, no telecommuting, etc). Then the recruiter left and the hiring manager came in and went into a the job descriptions with a little more detail (daily operations, expectations, etc). The hiring manager was unprepared for the interview and spent more time talking about shared experiences than the job.
