Document screening -> Competency- culture-fit, then Salary negotiation.
It was very difficult and challenging. But nice to know how they work. Also, they were very kind and friendly. Very lastly, they look motivated for what they work
4 rounds, phone, in person site visit interview half day of interviews, break in between, culture fit, strategy, leadership, experience, case study, scenario based questions, generic personal questions about myself like strengths and weaknesses
the process lasted 6–8 weeks and includes a recruiter screen, phone/video interviews, potential case or presentation, multiple onsite rounds focused on skills and culture fit, and a final hiring committee decision.
