Interview
Started with a recruiter conducting a phone screener to ensure I had the minimum experience needed to advance in the process. Following that, an individual from HR began to set up phone calls with the people I would be working for. After passing those calls, I was invited in for a long day of interviews with 7 people, each 30 mins long.

Question 1
Questions were focused on my past experience and how it applies to the current role. It was also a "fit" interview, as the company is fairly small/tight-knit. They want to bring in the right people in terms of culture as well as capabilities.
