I was called for an interview. I showed up and it turned out to be a group interview, I gave a copy of my resume to the receptionist and was told to fill out a questionnaire. I then was called back and had a 1:1 interview with the branch director, it only lasted 5 minutes. Then the group was ushered into another room and was presented with a 45 minute slide show about the company.

Team fit interview (15 minutes reviewing resume) and then 1.5 group (other recruits) introduction to the company. Multiple questionnaires provided with some multiple choice on job goals, good job vs bad job.

The interview began with an overview of the company including the companies history, affiliations, and growth over the last 20 yrs. Then they described the role itself along with common misconceptions about the life insurance agents and industry at large. Lastly compensation. Interview was a group interview and after we were separated and asked typical interview questions.

3 Interviews, filtration, orientation, and final review. First interview is quick just to filter out people, while second is an in depth review of the position. If selected, continue to a 1 on 1 third interview.
