They were hiring to work for a third party.This fact was hidden,though I had asked about it while I got their call for the first time.Next there was a telephonic round.It was handled by quite inexperienced juniors.Then F2F was scheduled,I was told that this is "Final Discussion".Interview started 1 Hr late.Same inexperienced people who had taken telephonic interview were the interviewers for this round also.
