I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GlobalLogic (Buenos Aires) in Jun 2021
Interview
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at GlobalLogic (Pune) in Mar 2026
Interview
The interview was scheduled for 1 hour, but it started around 30 minutes late and lasted only about 20 minutes. The interviewer focused mainly on basic concepts like microservices and Java collections. However, the interaction felt rushed, and some questions were repeated multiple times. The overall experience could have been more structured and professional, with better communication and time management. Feedback was shared very quickly without much discussion.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GlobalLogic (Virtudes) in Mar 2025
Interview

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GlobalLogic in Oct 2024
Interview
I've had 2 bad technical interviews in my life, and both were in GlobalLogic. Two years ago it was an interview with 45 minutes of theory and 45 minutes of live coding with many different tasks. Now it has become even worse, I've had almost 1,5 hours of live coding and a little of theoretical questions. It's really the only company from my experience that practices so long live-coding sessions and even without any notifications about this.
