Contacted by recruiter for a technical interview after some basic questioning like experience, salary expectation, relocation etc. Technical interview was over a voice call with hiring manager. The hiring manager was very knowledgeable, had very deep understanding and was very friendly. The interview felt a bit rushed as it was just for an hour and I didn't get to ask questions from my side, thus felt one sided.

Got referred through a friend. This was for a recent experienced modeling position. HR rep contacted me and asked for available times, set up interview at the earliest. A senior team member from the team phoned me for the interview and the interview lasted for about 1 hour. 1 week process for several steps. At first you need to appear in phone-interview followed by on- site interview.
