Applied via LinkedIn in end of Sep, got a email from GitHub internal recruiter after few days. 1. Phone call with recruiter about past experience, project experience, position and pay, 2. Hiring manager interview, mostly based on culture, past experience, how to deal with xxx, what if xxx, plus some of the DevOps and CICD technical question 3. Code challenge 4. VP interview 5. Panel presentation plus technical interview with other tech leads about the coding challenge solutions and past experience Overall speaking, the ways of doing interviews are pretty interesting and have lots of fun, the only thing is after the final interview, the recruiter ghost me, until now no updates even I sent multiple email asking follow up. I cannot even think those "Professional Recruiter" from organisation like GitHub will ghost a candidate after run all rounds of interview?? That's not in the first or second round interview, I've done all rounds of interview and now been ghosted. It's really bad experience. So disappointed.
