Interview process is with a panel of 5, professional appearance and knowledge of the city is a plus going into the interview process. Prior to the interview you are required to take a skills test, which is appox 2 hours. Those that pass move on to interview process. You are asked to write a short paragraph about yourself as you wait to start your interview. Those that pass the interview, are asked to take a physic test. Then a physical and drug screening.
