friendly interviewers, try to get to know the candidate not only skill set but personality. spend enough time with you to learn more about you. first they asked you to introduce yourself and you show your portfolio. then they asked questions on your work and experience then also your interest etc.
however I got another offer so didnt proceed to the second round of interview
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gensler
Interview
I was approached by a recruiter on LinkedIn and had a fifteen minute screening call before the formal, in-person interview. After one interview, they got back to me with a decision in about one week.

Question 1
We walked through my portfolio and was asked specific questions pertaining to my projects.
Phone call with HR on basic stuff like your experiece level and type if projects you worked on. Followed by an in person interview in their office. And then another call with HR on salary negotiation and start date adjustments.
There was 2 rounds of interviews in a period of 3 months. Met 5 different people. The interviews went great but did not hear back again, that was a little unprofessional.
