My interview is going too good but couldn't select me. Totally disappointing, I try 2 times but last time my interview going too smooth but they couldn't select me they giving opportunities only experienced persons.

It was on campus...so first Group discussion and then one on one interview and then one communication exam and it was all about speaking and confidence . Know about job role details before giving interview
The interview was easy.you just need to be fluent in hindi and english.
First they will display a newspaper in hindi and tells to read it you should read it fluently without gap
