Around one hour, two round, interviewed by 3 interviewer. Basically behavior questions and some questions related to inventory control, loading plan and supply chain management. All interviewer are very nice.

Phone interview with recruiter. She would call whenever and not actually schedule a time. Then you would call back a few minutes later and she would be unavailable. During Phone interview she didn’t really ask much.. just asked when you would be available and if you’re okay with the compensation. She then reached out to schedule a time with a manager. That went okay and he was much better and called at the time that he was supposed to.. That call was more in depth but just asked questions like why do you want to work here, no behavioral questions. That manager couldn’t even answer much because he claimed he was new and didn’t know a lot about the position basically. Didn’t hear anything for a month and the recruiter called saying the position was put on hold and if I am available for an interview this week (very inconvenient). I went ahead to this interview and the person interviewing me didn’t even know I was coming, actually no one knew I was coming. I ended up showing the receptionist the email I received because they were so confused. Do not waste your time with the Chicago office. The office as a whole is unprofessional and people were so confused about any and everything.
