I chatted with an internal recruiter there and asked if they can provide sponsorship (they said no problem). Then before talking to anyone technical was given a lengthy full stack application tech test that needed several endpoints on the backend, a database and a react application on the front end (that needed to be fully responsive mind you) from scratch. I'm asked to rush to build this as soon as possible...okay whatever. I submit it within the 2 working days. Then crickets...they email me back a week later to say they haven't looked at it but will soon. Then finally get back to me 3 WEEKS later saying they reviewed it and want to interview me I give them my availability and again crickets a WHOLE month+ goes by when I finally get an email saying that sponsorship is an issue. SUPER unorganised for a company that asks so much for a tech test. If you can avoid this company then interview else where. From the tech test to the unprofessionalism 0/10 stars.
