The first interview went well, they asked questions about the Fibonacci series and how to create a balanced binary tree from a sorted array. I passed the first interview and was called back in less than 24 hours for a second interview. However, in the second interview they asked questions about system architecture and I didn't pass. Needless to say, when they have no interest, they won't call to let you know you didn't pass and only when I wrote an email to HR did she respond with a generic rejection message. In addition, I sent her an email (twice, and as of the date of writing this message she hasn't replied) whether it was possible to get feedback on my interview (in the second email I asked her at least for the recruiter's email so I could ask him myself, and of course she didn't respond to that email either). It's a shame that the impression the company left me with was one of disrespect for the candidate.
