Got a phone call to set up a phone interview. Phone interview was very basic as overall knowledge of mechanics, engines, and airframes. After that phone interview they paid mileage to have me drive for a face to face and walk around the facility. Again, very basic knowledge (at least for me) about engines, airframes, and overall mechanics.
