I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner
Interview
Very in-depth, interviewers were straight-faced and hard to read. Asked a lot about why sales and why Gartner sales and why not other companies or other careers and what you can contribute to this sales role. Asked multiple "tell me about a times," many focused on communicating with senior level people and stakeholders. 2-3 minute cold call role play at the end. Ask your recruiter for feedback and help with preparing for the interview.

Question 1
They asked me about a time I successfully communicated with someone above me to carry out an objective
3 interviews were completed starting with a quick screening, a second interview, and a final interview. Process took over a month, which was a long time in my opinion for the role.
Interview process was not bad at all. They do leave out a lot of info about the realities of the role. They make the role seem as though there is a lot of opportunities to grow as well as progression through the program and that is not the case.

3 stage interview process. 1st stage was a phone call with a recruiter. 2nd and 3rd stages were competency and character based questions focused around a career in sales and at Gartner.
