Interview
You have to apply online. You can't apply in person. Find out a lot about the company ahead of time to show off your knowledge. The interview is with the manager. She'll ask you some questions, ask for references, and then she'll make you walk around the store and pick out clothes that you think look nice together to see if you have a good fashion sense.
It was a very easy process. Mine was a group interview with a few questions about experience and situational hypothetical scenarios. Only 1 interview and was hired the same day.

Easy interview seem to care about emotional intelligence and people skills, behavioral questions for most of the interview. They were friendly and easy to work with, and got offer very quickly after

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gap (Greenville, TX) in Jan 2025
Interview
It went well, lots of questions but followed up to be very informative on thier end. They were well prepared and didn't feel bothered to take time and answer all my concerns.
