I interviewed at GSW Marketing & Advertising (New York, NY)
Interview
Was very nice. Everyone was friendly and had great questions. I felt like I got a good sense of the company during the interview process. They seemed to be a cohesive group.

Interview
I was first contacted by HR for a phone interview. I then interviewed with two directors which lasted about 30+ minutes. Everything was online, and had to showcase my portfolio.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GSW Marketing & Advertising
Interview
I'm not sure if anyone should even bother interviewing with this company. I have never experienced unprofessionalism after such a lengthy process. I had done three interviews and then was ghosted for about 2 weeks, so I obviously gave up hope. All of a sudden they came back and wanted to schedule the final interviews, an astonishing four extra rounds at this point. At the end and throughout the scheduling process they were extremely communicative and even apologetic because one of the four didn't show and needed to reschedule, which to their credit, was quick. At the end of the interviews, I was sent a deadline for final decision. Well that deadline came and the following day I sent a request for an update because I needed to know based on other opportunities I am exploring, only to be floored by a "Thanks for checking in," already making it sound like they wouldn't have followed up without my email, and update that the position is on hold. Obviously they knew this much earlier than my follow up email, potentially even the week I had the "final" interviews. Additionally, although they did give an explanation for the 2-ish weeks of silence prior, it is extremely unprofessional to leave a candidate in the lurch like that if you are moving forward considering them for "final" stage. In any case, there's a lot of red flags I noted throughout the process, but this sealed the deal. Extremely unprofessional and infuriating.
