Easy and quick.... Background check which is clean has been sent back. Still waiting after 3 weeks to hear anything back. It started off as a quick process but they are so far behind.

Interview
The first interview is over the phone, and the second is on-site at their facility where they give you a run down of the key responibities and a tour of the facility.
great. good people, honest feedback. I felt very comfortable with the questions. end of the day I got a better offer from another employer who was located closer to my house than this one.
