I have intiially interviewed over the phone. Things went well. I was then called back and interview with the lead engineer, the operation manager and finally the production supervisor

Easy and quick.... Background check which is clean has been sent back. Still waiting after 3 weeks to hear anything back. It started off as a quick process but they are so far behind.

Interview
The first interview is over the phone, and the second is on-site at their facility where they give you a run down of the key responibities and a tour of the facility.
great. good people, honest feedback. I felt very comfortable with the questions. end of the day I got a better offer from another employer who was located closer to my house than this one.
