Was brought in for interview without being told what position I was interviewing for. 3 managers asking multiple questions pertaining to sales, when interview was for a collections position. The questions are panel group style where the 3 managers all write their own response to your answers, and then collaborate to see if answer is acceptable.

The group interview is just a couple of common interview questions, math questions, etc. They will time your ability to solve a puzzle while answering the questions to get a grip on how well you multitask.

Group interviews, very competitive bring your A game with you. They do a thourgh background check, must have graduated high school and have proof of graduation. A lot of policy's to review. They are growing at a fast pace and are still looking for help.
