Front Lead Software Engineer interview questions

Applied to a role that sounded interesting on Indeed. A recruiter reached out to me within a couple of weeks. We had an overall pleasant conversation but he was really unprepared to answer any of my basic HR questions and seemed extremely nervous about speaking in general. He sent me a link to schedule a follow-up call with the hiring manager at which point I discovered that Front's senior engineering leadership basically consists of a kid whose resume is 75% internships. I declined to proceed at that point.
