apply online, I got a phone call telling me they wanted to interview me and another call for the Phone Interview. there about 4 people on the phone interview, they all introduced themselves. They asked me about 7 - 8 questions.

Very clear and you have enough time to prepare. 6 questions in total. A lot of questions about teamwork and safety. They use HireVue for the first part of interview.
