Was initially called by a recruiter about a immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative. We scheduled a phone interview for the following day at 1pm. On the day of the phone interview 1pm came .....no call. I then called the recruiter and left a message. After 2 hours passed; still no call no email. I sent a email and placed a 2nd call, once again I left a message. I called the main number and asked for the recruiter. Her supervisor answered. I explained that I was scheduled for a 1pm phone interview and had called and left several messages for the Recruiter. The supervisor apologized profusely and stated that the Recruiter had been in the office, but had left sick shortly after lunch. She asked me to forward her my resume and that she would personally assist me. She asked me to call her the folliwing day so that she would have a opportunity to view my resume. I called the Supervisor the following day at the agreed upon time...no answer. I left a message for her to return my call. 3 hours later, I called AGAIN. ....no answer. At this point....it was looking like there was a pattern of not following through with employee's of this company. Very unprofessional and unreliabe services. Nonexistent follow up and Horrible customer service. Based off of this incident. ..I would never, ever apply for any position through this staffing agency!!!!!
