Foster + Partners Project Manager interview questions

The interview took place online with the direct line manager, after being approached on LinkedIn by their in-house recruiter. The whole process took a few days. I received an offer shortly after the interview.

HR initially scheduled a phone interview via email, but failed to call at the agreed time. After my follow-up call, they apologised for being caught up in another interview and we rescheduled for the next day. HR again, didn't call as planned, and upon my follow-up call, there was no apology. During the second attempt, the HR representative seemed disinterested, not bothering to ask any questions. Despite assurances of feedback within a week I didn't receive any and had to follow up via email, to which there was no response. I believe HR lacks professionalism and commitment to fair recruitment practices. They have continuously not stuck by their word so have displayed untrustworthiness and unreliability, definitely not what you would expect from a renowned company like this.
