It was unclear and scattered, a number of interruptions, and long. Did not seam like the person understood the role enough to do the interview. I come from the health care industry where roles and tasks for shifts were clear and defined. This seemed like if you chose not to do certain tasks that it would fall to the next shift and that was acceptable. So you could do minimal and get paid the same as someone who worked their guys out.
