Very straightforward interview process that was mainly focused on whether or not they think you would be a good fit. Ultimately decided not to accept the offer due to the pay structure and how aggressive the commission structure was.

Simple. It is a lot like athletic recruiting. Will make it seem as if you are the chosen one but in reality.. you know. I like to think that they mean well, and everyone begins their journey somewhere so depending where you are along your journey of advising it may be a solid beginning point.
