Interview
I had a phone and a face to face interview, quite easy. You do not need much preparations. The interview was with the HR Manager and Sales Director. At the end the team leader joined us.
There have been multiple discussions / layers in the process. First with HR and a Sales Manager, in a second step with team leaders and finally with group leaders of the company. Every meeting was online.

2 interviews with regional sales team leaders and then another interview with senior members ang Global sales director. Pretty standard sales interview questions, I didnt find this too difficult. Salary is hardly negotiable unfortunately
